How do I track my order?

What are your delivery options?

 

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery selected at checkout.  Rush Services:
Rush orders(overnight shipping) placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 2 P.M  Eastern Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification. Rush orders placed after 3P.M  EasternTime will ship the following business day, subject to complete verification. Rush orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or US holidays.

How to Exchange;

Returned items must meet these requirements:

  • Returned within 7 business days of receipt of receiving your order.

  • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.

 

Shipping: 

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Pretty Sadity Boutique and for re-shipping for exchanges.

 

Return Processing time: 

 

  • Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

  • Will Not be accepted

Refunds  

 

  • Not allowed.  Store credit only for items returned in the 7 Days and met the return requirments.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.  .
